دراسة قياسية للعلاقة بين سعر النفط وسوق العمل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط أسعار النفط بسوق العمل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018)، حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إحصائية طردية بين صدمات أسعار النفط وكل من القوى العاملة ومعدل التشغيل، وعلاقة إحصائية عكسية بين صدمات أسعار النفط ومعدل البطالة في الجزائر. وتؤكد نتائج اختبار bounds وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين سعر النفط وسوق العمل المعبر عنه بالقوى العاملة، وتشير نتائج أيضا إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية إيجابية في المدى الطويل بين المتغيرين. This research was carried out to provide the nature of the relationship between oil prices and the labor market in Algeria during the period (1990-2018), This analysis is based on the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL). The empirical results obtained show a statistically significant correlation between oil price shocks and both labor force and employment rate, and inverse statistical relationship between oil price shocks and the unemployment rate in Algeria. Furthermore, The results of the bounds test indicate the existing of a long-run equilibrium relationship between the oil price and the labor market which was expressed in the labor force, at last, this study clearly show that there is a positive significant relationship in the long term between the two variables.
