الاحتراق الوظيفي وعلاقته بأداء العاملين
Résumé: الملخص: تم في هذه الدّراسة التعرف على العلاقة بين الاحتراق الوظيفي من خلال دراسة علاقة أبعاده (الإحباط الوظيفي، الإنهاك الوظيفي، علاقات العمل المختلة) بأداء العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة -الشّهيد حمّه لخضر- بالوادي، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي ، ونظرا لقلة عدد أفراد مجتمع الدراسة فقد استخدمنا تقنية المسح الشامل، وذلك لتناسبه مع متطلّبات الدّراسة، أمّا فيما يخص جمع البيانات فاستخدمنا لهذا الغرض أداة الاستبيان، وتم التوصل الى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وأداء العاملين في بعد الإنهاك الوظيفي في حين لا تظهر علاقة مع بعديه الأخرين. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية It was achieved in this study the relationship between the job burnout through its dimensions ( job burnout, work relation, and job frustration )with the performance of workers in the central library of the University of the Martyr HammarbyLakhdar in El-Oued (OuedSouf). Using the analytical descriptive process (a case of study method ). Due to the the luck of the sufficient numbers of workers (members of the survey ),We used the technique of comprehensive questionnaire in order to pursuit the purpose and the goal of this study We concluded that there is an inverse correlation between the job burnout and the performance of workers while it has not appeared any relationship in the other two dimensions
