Résumé: تختص الدراسة بالتبت من واقع تمكين الرأس المال البشري بأبعاده: تفويض السلطة، تشارك المعارف، التدريب، بناء فرق العمل، التحفيز والاتصال الفعال. حيث وزع الاستبيان كأداة لقياس هذه العلاقة على عينة عشوائية مقدارها (39) عاملا يعملون في مؤسسة مغرب بايب بالمسيلة، حيث توصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى مستوى من تطبيق أبعاد تمكين رأس المال البشري عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في مؤسسة مغرب بايب بالمسيلة، كما تم إثبات وجود فروق في درجات تمكين رأس المال البشري بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، بينما تم إثبات عدم وجود فروق في درجات تمكين رأس المال البشري بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير السن، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة. The study is concerned with Tibet from the reality of empowering human capital in its dimensions :delegation of authority, knowledge sharing, training, team building, motivation and effective communication. Where the questionnaire was distributed as a tool to measure this relationship on a random sample of (39) workers working in the Maghreb Pipe Foundation in M’sila. The field study reached a level of application of the dimensions of human capital empowerment at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the Maghreb Pipe Foundation in M’sila, and it was also proven that there were differences in the degrees of human capital empowerment among the members of the study sample according to the gender variable, while it was proven that there were no differences in the degrees of human capital empowerment among the members of the study sample according to the variable of age, educational level, years of experience.
