خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية ودورها فى نشر ثقافة التسامح الاجتماعي،بالتطبيق على كبارالسن والأطفال أصحاب الهمم.

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلي دراسة الدور الذي تلعبه خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في نشر ثقافة التسامح بالمجتمع الإماراتي تجاه الفئات الأكثر ضعفاً بالمجتمع بالتركيز على فئات كبار السن والأطفال أصحاب الهمم. وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقه على عينة من الطلبة المتخصصين في علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية على مستوي البكالوريوس بجامعة عجمان. واعتمد البحث منهجياً على الأسلوب الوصفي مع استخدام أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات الميدانية، وأهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث أن قوانين الرعاية الاجتماعية بدولة الإمارات تلعب دوراً هاماً في نشر ثقافة التسامح الاجتماعي تجاه كبار السن والأطفال، أن التسامح الاجتماعي تجاه الفئات الأكثر ضعفا بالمجتمع يساهم في صناعة الأمن المجتمعي، وأن من مؤشرات التسامح الاجتماعي تجاه كبار السن مشاركتهم في الحياه الاجتماعية. Abstract: The research objective, study the role-played by social welfare services in spreading the culture of tolerance towards the most vulnerable in society by focusing on the elderly and childhood. Through an applied study on a sample of students specialized in sociology and social work at Ajman University. The research was methodology based on the descriptive method, with the use of the questionnaire tool in collecting data. The main results of the research show that the social welfare laws in the UAE play an important role in spreading a culture of tolerance towards the elderly and childhood that social tolerance towards the most vulnerable in society contributes to The community security industry, and that indicators of social tolerance towards the elderly participate in social life.
