دور الثقة التنظيمية في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة مؤسسة ألقو فود كافي أروما – الجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الثقة التنظيمية في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالتطبيق على مؤسسة ألقو فود كافي أروما، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية بلغت (54) عاملا، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط متوسطة بلغت (0.39) بين الثقة التنظيمية بأبعادها (الثقة في الزملاء، الثقة في الرؤساء، والثقة في المنظمة) والإبداع التنظيمي لدى عمال المؤسسة، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن اختلاف سنوات الخبرة لدى العاملين يؤثر على دور الثقة التنظيمية في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي. This study aims to shed light on the role of organizational confidence in promoting organizational creativity in small and medium sized enterprises by taking the Algo Food Cafe Aroma company as a case study, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (54) employees, Among the results of our study, there was an average correlation relationship of (0.39) between organizational confidence in its dimensions of (trust in colleagues, trust in superiors, and trust in the organization) and the organizational creativity among the employees of the company, The study also demonstrated that the difference in the number of experience years among employees affects the role of organizational confidence in promoting organizational creativity.
