تأثير إعلانات الفيسبوك على مراحل اتخاذ قرار الشراء

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية إعلانات الفيسبوك في التأثير على مختلف مراحل اتخاذ قرار الشراء وذلك من خلال التطرق بداية لمفهوم الإعلان عبر موقع الفيسبوك ولأهم مميزاته والأساليب المعتمدة فيه إضافة إلى أهم الآليات التي يوفرها الموقع من أجل التفاعل مع الإعلان،ثم تسليط الضوء على اتخاذ قرار الشراء وذلك بتناولنا لمختلف المفاهيم والأدوار التي يلعبها المستهلك ، وقد تعرضنا أيضا للعلاقة التي تجمع الإعلان باتخاذ قرار الشراء من خلال التعرف على دور الإعلان في التأثير على سلوك الشراء ثم أهم الوظائف التي يؤديها الإعلان من أجل التأثير في قرارات المستهلك الشرائية والعوامل التي قد تحدث استجابة شرائية لديه وفي الأخير تناولنا تأثيرات الإعلان المختلفة على مراحل اتخاذ قرار الشراء. This study aims to identify the importance of Facebook advertising in influencing the different stages of making a purchase decision by addressing first the concept of advertising through Facebook and then the most important features and methods adopted in this process. In addition to the most important mechanisms provided by the site to interact with advertising, and then to focus on making a purchase decision by addressing the different concepts and roles played by the consumer. We will also deal with the relationship that brings the advertisement to the purchase decision by identifying the role of advertising in influencing the buying behavior and then the most important functions performed by the advertisement in order to influence consumer purchasing decisions and factors that may trigger a purchasing response to him .
