آليات الخطاب السياسي للأحزاب المغاربية في المحتوى الرقمي.(دراسة تحليلية على عينة من مضامين صفحات حركة مجتمع السلم الجزائرية وحزب العدالة والتنمية المغربي على الفيسبوك)

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على آليات الخطاب السياسي للأحزاب المغاربية في المحتوى الرقمي، وهذا بالبحث في مدى اهتمامها وحسن استغلالها للوسائط الاتصالية الجديدة وفي المقدمة منها الشبكات الاجتماعية، في الترويج لخطابتها السياسية، ولهذا قمنا بدراسة تحليلية لعينة من مضامين الصفحات الرسمية لكل من حزب العدالة والتنمية المغربي، وحركة مجتمع السلم الجزائرية، بالاعتماد على أداة تحليل المضمون، وقد وصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن القضايا الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية كانت أكثر القضايا التي تناولها الخطاب السياسي للأحزاب عينة الدراسة، والفيديو هو الوسيط المرئي الأكثر توظيفا، و جاء الاستشهاد بالإحصائيات والأرقام كأكثر أساليب الإقناع استخداما. Through this study, we tried to learn about the mechanisms of political discourse of Maghreb parties in digital content by looking at the extent to which they are interested and well-exploited for the new communication media, mainly the social networks, in promoting their political discourse. Therefore, we have conducted an analytical study of the contents of the official pages of both the Moroccan Justice and Development Party and the Algerian Peace Society Movement, through the reliance on the content analysis tool . As a result, we have reached that the economic and social issues were the most issues addressed in the speech the politician of the parties of the study sample, in addition to the video which was the most employed visual medium as well as the citation of statistics and figures as the most commonly used methods of persuasion.
