Résumé: Water resources (water) in Algeria are of great Importance, due to its scarcity, on the national economy, In this contest, Algerian has sought to develop strategic policies to develop this resource, protect it from scarcity, and make optional use of it in the agricultural sector to achieve self-suffication of the national economy, and this is In line with the strategic choice of the country’s higher authorities to move towards digitization and modernization of the public water facility in light of the environmental and security challenges.
