فعالية خطة علاجية قائمة على التحسيس الخفي في خفض سلوك التدخين لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين

Résumé: تتناول الدراسة الحالية فعالية خطة علاجية قائمة على التحسيس الخفي في خفض سلوك التدخين لدى عينة من المراهقين المتمدرسين؛ تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (ن=6<16-19 سنة) مدخنين مراهقين متمدرسين لديهم مستوى متوسط من الادمان على التبغ، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من بين المدخنين المتواجدين بثانوية الشهاب بمدينة "العلمة" الجزائر؛ اعتمدت الطالبة الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات القياس القبلي و البعدي و التتبعي، و قد سعت الطالبة الباحثة الى تحقيق التجانس بين افراد العينة من حيث (الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الشعبة) اضافة الى التجانس في درجة الادمان على التدخين في القياس القبلي؛ استعانت الطالبة الباحثة في دراستها بمقياس الاعتماد على السجائر (Cigarette Dépendance Scale «CDS-12«) و مقياس فقدان الاستقلالية المرتبط باستهلاك التبغ (Test de HONC (Hooked on Nicotine Checklist) لقياس درجة الادمان على التدخين قبل و بعد تطبيق الخطة العلاجية؛ اظهرت نتائج الدراسة من خلال حساب الدلالة الاحصائية (signification Statistical)، و الدلالة العملية (signification Practical) معبرا عنها بحجم التاثير (Size Effect) حسب معايير كوهين لحجم التاثير، و الدلالة الاكلينيكية (Signification Clinical) من خلال حساب مؤشر الثبات (RCI) (Index Change Reliability) حسب طريقة جكبسون، ان للتدخل العلاجي القائم على التحسيس الخفي المقترح اثر في خفض مستوى سلوك التدخين لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين. The current study is about the efficacie of a treatment plan based on an covert sensitization in reducing smoking behavior among a sample of schooled adolescents. The study sample consisted of (n = 6 < 16-19 years) educated adolescent smokers with moderate addiction to tobacco, who were intentionally selected from the smokers at Al-Shehab High School in the city of "El-eulma" Algeria. The researcher student adopted in this study the experimental method by creating a single group with a tribal, posterior and tracking measurement. The researcher wanted to achieve homogeneity among the sample members in terms of (gender, age, educational level, class) in addition to the homogeneity in the degree of smoking addiction in the tribal measurement. The researcher student used the Cigarette Dépendance Scale (CDS-12) and the Test de HONC (Hooked on Nicotine Checklist) to measure the degree of smoking addiction before and after the application of the treatment plan.By calculating the statistical significance (signification statistical), the practical significance (signification practical) expressed by the size of the effect (Size Effect) according to Cohen criteria for the size of the effect, and the clinical significance (Signification Clinical) by calculating the RCI (Index Change Reliability) according to the method Jacobson, the proposed therapeutic intervention based on covert sensitization has an effect on reducing the level of smoking behavior among school-aged adolescents.
