Abstract: The act of using the scene of water in creative texts is considered as a strange artistic phenomenon which has reached us via the different ways of the influence and influenced relationship, these ways are divided according to their use into two parts : First a direct function which doesn’t exceed the essential needs like drinking water, purity or cleaness and irrigation. Second, a symbolic function signified with semantic dimensions that can be either methological, religious, or historic symbols ; it is used to tackle important issues like the social, the, political, the cultural, and the artistic ones. The novelist « Wassiny Laaradj » is considered as one of the most famous and important novelists whom they used the theme of water in there creative texts as an art equivalent to the nation and the immigrated souls Especially those who are suffering there. Through the novel of « The kingdom of the butterfly » I will try to discover the exchanged relation between the creator and water according to the following : 1-The stage of Facebook addiction 2-The stage of water meditation and loss of loved persons 3-The stage of immersion in water and rebirth.
