تجربة الهند في صناعة التميز داخل الفنادق السياحية- دراسة نموذجية لسلسلة فنادق Oyo Rooms-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف أهم معايير صناعة التميز داخل الفنادق السياحية في الهند. ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي فيما يتعلق بالاطار النظري للدراسة ومنهج دراسة حالة يتعلق بنموذج عمل سلاسل فنادق Oyo وهي عبارة عن مجمع عبر الإنترنت يوفر خدمة الإقامة من خلال المنصات الرقمية مثل نقاط البيع الالكترونية وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية. أظهرت النتائج أنّ للمجمع مرونة عالية في التكيف مع أحدث التطورات التكنولوجية دون فشل ،حيث تمكن من التحول من نموذج الاعمال المجمع التقليدي إلى نموذج الامتياز، بمجرد أن اكتشف أنّ النموذج الأوّل لايخدم أغراض المدى الطويل، تعد ميزات مواقع الويب وتطبيق الهاتف الذكي من المعايير المهمة في صناعة التميز. وكما يلعب الاستخدام الفعال لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أيضًا دورًا محوريًا في نموذج Oyo للأعمال. The study aims to explore the most important industry standards of excellence within tourist hotels in India. In order to achieve this, a descriptive approach was used in relation to the theoretical framework of the study and a case study approach related to the business model of Oyo hotel chains, which is an online aggregator that provides accommodation service through digital platforms such as electronic points of sale and smart phone applications. The results showed that the complex has a high flexibility in adapting to the latest technological developments without failure, As he was able to shift from the traditional aggregate business model to the franchise model, once he discovered that the first model does not serve long-term purposes, the features of websites and smartphone application are important criteria in the excellence industry. Effective use of social media also plays a pivotal role in Oyo's business model.
