التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية كنموذج لتحسين الخدمة العمومية في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد أصبحت نظم الخدمات الالكترونية من أهم المتطلبات التي تسعى الدول لتوفيرها لأجل تحسين الخدمة العمومية الالكترونية، حيث ان هناك اتجاه عالمي نحوها وذلك بغية عصرنة العمل الإداري، ، لما يوفره نموذج الادارة الالكترونية من تحسين في الخدمات الإدارية تمثل أهمها في السرعة والدقة، وتحقيق المصداقية في منظمات الخدمة العمومية الالكترونية، الأمر الذي يعني نهاية الإدارة التقليدية أولا، وثانيا الحصول على نقلة نوعية في الخدمة العمومية، غير أن السعي نحو تطبيق هذا النوع من الإدارة ليحل محل الإدارة التقليدية عرف العديد من الصعوبات والتحديات تحول دون التمكن من التحول الكلي والتطبيق الفعلي للخدمة العامة الالكترونية.
