مساهمة المعايير الرقابية للإنتوساي في زيادة فعالية رقابة المفتشية العامة للمالية في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد أفرزت الشراكة الأورو متوسطية مع الجزائر عدة اتفاقات توأمة من أجل تطوير و تحسين مردودية مختلف الهيئات و المؤسسات الحكومية، ومن بين هذه الاتفاقات اتفاق توأمة المفتشية العامة للمالية مع معهد الدراسات الضريبية للمملكة الاسبانية بتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومن خلال ذلك تعتزم المفتشية العامة للمالية بتكييف عملياتها و إجراءاتها مع المعايير الدولية في مجال الرقابة، وقد شُكـِلت لجنة في هذا الخصوص من أجل لتقوم بوضع الإجراءات الممكنة و الواجب اتخاذها في هذا الاتجاه. The Euro-Mediterranean partnership with Algeria has resulted in several twinning agreements in order to develop and improve the profitability of various governmental institutions, and among these agreements is the twinning agreement of the General Inspectorate of Finance with the Institute of Tax Studies of the Kingdom of Spain funded by the European Union, and through that the General Inspectorate of Finance intends to adapt Its operations and procedures are in line with international standards in the field of control, and a committee has been formed in this regard in order to lay down the possible measures that must be taken in this direction.
