دور القطاع الفلاحي في دعم التوجه نحو سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الدور الفعال للقطاع الفلاحي في دعم سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي بالجزائر من خلال تبيان دوره في دعم معدلات النمو الاقتصادي و مستويات التشغيل والتجارة الخارجية . وبغية الوصول الى هذا الهدف تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى انه بالرغم من مساعي الدولة الجزائرية في وضع القطاع الفلاحي ضمن استراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي من خلال تنفيذ سياسات و برامج تنموية جديدة بهدف تفعيله و النهوض بالانتاج الى مستوى تغطية الاحتياجات المحلية وامكانية التصدير الا أن المجهودات لم ترق الى المستوى المطلوب الكلمات المفتاحية : القطاع الزراعي ، التنويع الاقتصادي ، البرامج التنموية ، الامكانات المحلية . Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the influential role of the agricultural sector in supporting economic diversification policies in Algeria by showing its role in supporting economic growth rates, employment levels, and foreign trade. To reach this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used. This study concluded that despite the efforts of the Algerian state to place the agricultural sector within the strategy of economic diversification through the implementation of new development policies and programs to activate it and advance production to the level of covering local needs and the possibility of export.
