دراسة تحليلية لواقع التخطيط الإستراتيجي المصرفي لدى مصرف السلام الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع التخطيط الإستراتيجي المصرفي لدى مصرف السلام الجزائر، وذلك من خلال تحليل وتقييم مستوى نجاعة التخطيط داخل المصرف، حيث إتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة بالإعتماد على أداة المقابلة عن طريق إستمارة المعلومات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن مستوى نجاعة التخطيط الإستراتيجي المصرفي لدى مصرف السلام الجزائر جاء بدرجة(مرتفعة) نسبيا بلغت 60%، نتيجة تفوق الفقرات ( المتوفرة ) على الفقرات (غير متوفرة) في إستمارة معلومات المقابلة. كما تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات، من أهمها: ضرورة الإهتمام بتصميم نظام متكامل للتخطيط الإستراتيجي بالمصرف يتضمن جميع الخطوات المتبعة في عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي، مع ضرورة توثيقه في شكل دليل عمل( أو لائحة داخلية ) يتم نشره في المصرف بعد المصادقة عليه من قبل مجلس الإدارة . الكلمات المفتاحية: تخطيط إستراتيجي، تحليل إستراتيجي، رسالة، رؤية إستراتيجية، أهداف إستراتيجية. This study aims to analyze the reality of banking strategic planning at Al Salam Bank Algeria, by analyzing and evaluating the level of planning efficiency within the bank, as it followed the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach based on the interview tool through the information form The results of the study showed that the level of efficiency of strategic banking planning at Al Salam Bank Algeria came to a relatively (high)degree of 60%, as a result of the superiority of the (available) items over the (unavailable) items in the interview information form. Accordingly, many recommendations were made, the most important of which are: the need to pay attention to designing an integrated system for strategic planning in the bank that includes all the steps followed in the strategic planning process, with the need to document it in the form of a work guide (or internal regulation) to be published in the bank after approval by the Board of Directors .
