إشكاليَّة نظام الحكم العثماني في الجزائر (1518-1830م) بين نظرة المدرستين التَّاريخيتين الفرنسيَّة والجزائريَّة

Résumé: أثارت طبيعة نظام الحكم العثماني وأثره في الجزائر الكثير من الإشكالات لدى الكتابات التَّاريخيَّة المُؤرِّخة للفترة العُثمانيَّة، سواء لدى المدرسة الفرنسيَّة من جهة، أو المدرسة الجزائريَّة حديثة العهد من جهةٍ ثانيَّةٍ، ما أدَّى إلى تضارب الآراء، بين اعتبار نظام الحكم العثماني بالجزائر واجهةٌ لاحتلالٍ حقيقي، وبين اعتباره امتدادٌ وتكريسٌ للحماية والجهاد البحري! ومن أهم ما توصّلت إليه الدِّراسة أهميَّةُ الكتابات الفرنسيَّة في دراسة تاريخ الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني رغم تحيُّزها، مقابل موضوعيَّة المدرسة التَّاريخية الجزائريَّة رغم حداثتها وقلَّة إمكاناتها. The nature of ottoman system of governing in Algeria and its effects spiked a lot of controversy among historical writings dating the ottoman era, the French School, and the modern Algerian school, Which led to contradicted opinions considering whether the ottoman system of governing in Algeria a face for a real occupation, Or considering it an extension for the ottoman protection! The most important findings of the study The importance of French writings in studying the history of Algeria during the Ottoman era, despite its bias, and The objectivity of the Algerian historical school, Although it is young and has limited capabilities.
