من أخلاقيات الطب إلى البيوإطيقا

Résumé: الملخص: منذ فجر الإنسانية لم تكن الممارسات الطبيّة تخلو من آداب التعامل مع المريض، وهذا يجعل من الطب يتّصف بأخلاقيات تلزم من كانت له القدرة على شفاء النّاس، حيث ظلّت هذه الأخلاقيات ملازمة للممارسة الطبيّة إلى اليوم، ولكن تطوّر الطب وأساليب العلاج وتغيّر علاقة الطبيب بالمريض، يكون قد غيّر من مضامين هذه الآداب، بحيث لم تبق خاضعة لتلك العفويّة، بل أصبحت تتجلّى في شكل قواعد وقوانين على الطبيب احترامها طوعا أو إكراها، ومن جهة أخرى تطوّر المجتمع وظهور طرق جديدة للتعامل مع المرض باستعمال التقنيّة ولد ردود فعل منظّمة تحت مفاهيم جديدة مثل مفهوم البيوإطيقا Abstract: Since the dawn of humanity ,medical practices were subject to ethics to deal patients , this makes medecine a profession with ethics binding all those who are able to cure people .These ethics have remained linked to the medical practice to the present day, but after the development of medecine and treatment methods and the change in the doctor- patient relationship, the content of these ethics has changed and have been formulated in rules and law which doctor should respect voluntarily or involuntarily. On the other hand, the development of society and the emergence of new technical ways to deal with disease have produced new concepts like Bioethics.
