دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحسين المرونة الاستراتيجية -دراسة حالة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (الرؤية المستقبلية، الدافعية، الإبداع) في تحسين المرونة الاستراتيجية (مرونة الموارد، مرونة القدرات) في جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي بالجزائر، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الإطارات في الإدارة العليا والإدارة الوسطى في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبيان. حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (87) مفردة، واستخدمت مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية كان من بينها: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل الانحدار عن طريق برنامج SPSS 28، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحسين المرونة الاستراتيجية في جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي. This study aimed to identify the role of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (future vision, motivation, creativity) in improving strategic flexibility (flexibility of resources, flexibility of capabilities) at the University of El-Oued in Algeria, and the study population consisted of all employees in Top management and middle management in the institution under study., and the analytical descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the study, and data was collected through a questionnaire. Where a random sample of (87) individuals was selected, and a set of statistical methods were used, including: arithmetic means, standard deviations, and regression analysis through the SPSS 28 program. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant effect of strategic intelligence in improving strategic flexibility at the University of El-Oued.
