دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تحقيق جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي (دراسة على المنصة الرقميَة "moodle" جامعة قسنطينة – الجزائر: نموذجًا)

Résumé: يهدف البحث الموسوم: "دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تحقيق جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي: (دراسة على المنصة الرقميَة "Moodle" جامعة قسنطينة – الجزائر: نموذجًا)، إلى التًعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة الجزائرية، خاصة لدى (الأستاذ) باعتباره مُؤطَر العملية التعليمية، عبر استخدام تطبيقاتها لدعم سيرورة التعليم المفتوح على الأرضية الرقمية: (مودل Moodle) لكونها معيار التًوجه نحو تحقيق جودة المؤسسات، بالتركيز على تكوين الأستاذ حديث التوظيف، وتحسين البرامج التعليمية، وتحقيق (مشروع المؤسسة) لرصد بيئة التعليم ومخرجاتها، إلا أن الإشكال يبرز في استخدام التكنولوجيا من منظور الكمَ، مما يحُول دون الاستثمار الجديَ في تطبيقاتها ومعدَاتها، ولا يقترنبتضخم أعداد الطلاب بزيادة تناسبيَة في الموارد واستخدام التَقنية، مع سيطرة المعاملات الورقية.
