دراسة أثر نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي " دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود للفترة: 2011-2022 "

Résumé: This study aimed to assess and analyze the impact of implementing an occupational health and safety system on improving economic performance. This was achieved by examining its effects on overall productivity, the costs of productivity losses, and the role of training programs in enhancing the quality of services provided. Additionally, the study aimed to identify key factors influencing occupational accidents. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher relied on annual and detailed reports from the production directorate of Sonatrach in Hassi- Messaoud. The sample consisted of (52031) workers over the period from (2011 to 2022). Data was collected through a personal interview consisting of (11) questions, conducted with a group of occupational safety engineers from three directorates within the organization, totaling nine engineers, by using the descriptive analytical method in the Theoretical and applied study. The data were collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using statistical packages such as (SPSS V. 29) and (SPSS Modeler V. 18.3), The study employed various statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that the primary contributor to occupational accidents in the directorate is human factors. The number of lost days significantly influences the increased value of lost production costs, while accidents involving machinery and equipment negatively impact overall productivity. The results also emphasized the significant role of training programs in understanding the risks of the oil industry and adapting to them. This enables decision-makers to take necessary measures to enhance the economic performance of the organization.
