Résumé: ملخص: يعد الابتكار مفتاح لنجاح ونمو المؤسسات بشكل عام، إذ يساعدها على اكتساب مزايا تنافسية مستدامة وكذا الوصول إلى اكتساب ولاء العملاء، هذا و يعتبر الابتكار مفهوما واسعا، فقياسا على ما جاء في دليل أوسلو الصادر من طرف (OCDE) قد يكون المنتج المبتكر أحد أشكاله، حيث أن هذه الدراسة هدفت إلى اكتشاف دور المنتج المبتكر لمؤسسة كوندور للإلكترونيات في تحقيق ولاء العملاء، ما من شأنه أن يكسبها فرصة للنمو والبقاء . الكلمات المفتاحية: المنتج المبتكر، ولاء العملاء، مزايا تنافسية، مؤسسة كوندور. Abstract: Innovation is the key to success and growth of enterprises in general, as it helps them gain sustainable competitive advantages, and to gain customers loyalty, and with that Innovation is considered as a vast concept, So sizing on what is stated in the Oslo Guide issued by the (OCDE) it’s possible that an innovated product can be one of customer loyalty forms, since this study aimed at discovering the role of an innovative product in achieving customer loyalty at Condor Electronics Enterprise, which would give them an opportunity for growth and survival .
