أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على جودة التعليم العالي - دراسة امبريقية لدى عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين -

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة بعملياتها الأربعة (توليد، تخزين، توزيع ونشر المعرفة)، وجودة التعليم العالي لدى عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين قدرها 56 أستاذ جامعي، لذلك كان هدف الجانب العملي للبحث محاولة معرفة هذا الأثر من خلال تحليل عمليات إدارة المعرفة وجودة التعليم العالي، وتم الاعتماد على النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية باستخدام منهجية المربعات الصغرى الجزئية المتقدمة (Advanced PLS Approach). وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة بعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS3 إلى وجود أثر موجب وذو دلالة احصائية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة (توليد، تخزين، توزيع ونشر المعرفة) على جودة التعليم العالي Abstract: The study aims to highlight the relationship between knowledge management with its four processes (generating, storing, distributing and Knowledge application), and the quality of higher education among sample of 56 university professors. Therefore, the objective of practical side of the research is an attempt to know the impact of the analysis of processes of knowledge management and the quality of higher education was to rely on the structural equations modeling using the advanced partial least squares approach (Advanced PLS Approach) The study, after statistical treatment using SmartPLS3 program had shown a significant positif impact of the knowledge management with all their processes on the quality of higher education.
