Résumé: يعتبر موضوع قيمة المؤسسة من بين الميادين الرئيسية لمالية المؤسسة، حيث يعتبر محل اهتمام أطراف عديدة تربطها مصالح مشتركة، كما يُطرح إشكال تقدير قيمة المؤسسة في مناسبات عديدة كالاندماج، التنازل عن المؤسسة، الخصخصة أو حتى التصفية، لذا توجّب الاهتمام بمؤشّرات الأداء المالي التي يمكن من خلالها الحكم القيمة السوقية للمؤسسة، ولعلّ من أهم المؤشّرات الحديثة التي نالت اهتمام الباحثين في المجال المالي القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة «EVA»، من هنا جاءت إشكالية هذه الدّراسة في البحث في مدى مساهمة مؤشّر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة «EVA» في تحديد القيمة السوقية للمؤسّسات الاقتصادية المسعرة في البورصة. وقد خلصت إلى أنّه بالرغم من أنّ مؤشّر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة «EVA» قدّم نتائج جيدة عن الأداء المالي لمجمّع صيدال، إلاّ أنّ الدّراسة الإحصائية بينت وجود علاقة ضعيفة جداً بين متغيّري الدّراسة، لذلك لا يمكن اعتبار مؤشّر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة «EVA» كمحدّد للقيمة السوقية لمجمع صيدال. The subject of the value of the institution is one of the main fields of the enterprise value, It is considered to be of interest to many parties with common interests, The issue of valuing the value of the institution is also raised on many occasions, such as integration, Ceding the enterprise, privatization or even liquidation, Therefore, attention must be paid to the financial performance indicators through which the market value of the institution can be judged Perhaps one of the most important recent indicators that attracted the attention of researchers in the financial field is economic added value, Hence the problem of this study in the research on the extent to which the Index of Economic value added (EVA) contributes to determining the market value of the economic institutions priced on the stock exchange. It concluded that although the Economic value added Index (EVA) provided good results on the financial performance of the Saidal Group, However, statistical studies have shown that there is a very weak relationship between the study's variables, Therefore, the economic value added index cannot be considered as a determinant of the market value of Saidal Group.
