A Field Study In Some Specialized Schools In The States Of Jijel And Constantine

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تبعا لبعض المتغيرات الشخصية المتمثلة في الجنس، الخبرة وكذا نوع الإعاقة المتعامل معها. ومن أجل ذلك تم توزيع مقياس التوافق المهني لـ (فحجان 2010)، على عينة قوامها31 معلم ومعلمة تربية خاصة في المدارس الابتدائية المتخصصة بالإعاقة السمعية والبصرية بكل من ولايتي جيجل وقسنطينة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الي النتائج التالية:  لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 = αفي مستوى التوافق المهني لذا معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 = α في مستوى التوافق المهني لذا معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 = α في مستوى التوافق المهني لذا معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة المتعامل معها. Abstract This studyaimed to identify the differences in the level of professional compatibility of specialeducationteachersaccording to somepersonal variables represented in gender, experience, as well as the type of disabilitydealtwith. Specialeducation in primaryschoolsspecializing in audio-visualdisabilities in the states of Jijel and Constantine. This studyreached the followingresults: - There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences at the significancelevel α = 0.05 in the level of professional compatibility, sospecialeducationteachers are due to the gender variable. - There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences at the significancelevel α = 0.05 in the level of professional compatibility, sospecialeducationteachers are due to the variable experience. - There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences at the significancelevel α = 0.05 in the level of professional compatibility, sospecialeducationteachers are due to the variable of the type of disabilitydealtwith.
