أثر عرض النقود والتضخم المستورد على التضخم المحلي: حالة االجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: قمنا من خلال هذا العمل بتقديم نموذج إقتصاد قياسي تطبيقي، لتوضيح أثر كل من عرض النقود والتضخم المستورد على التضخم المحلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1986- 2016 وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ( (ARDL، وكشفت النتائج من خلال إختبار الحدود عن وجود تكامل مشترك بين معدل التضخم المحلي ومختلف المتغيرات المفسرة المدرجة في النموذج إلى جانب سعر الصرف. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين كل من عرض النقود بمعناه الواسع، التضخم المستورد والتضخم المحلي في الأجلين القصير والطويل، في حين توصلنا إلى علاقة غير مباشرة بين سعر الصرف والتضخم المحلي في المدى الطويل، على عكس المدى القصير. الكلمات المفتاحية: عرض النقود؛ تضخم مستورد؛ سعر الصرف؛ تضخم محلي؛ نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) Abstract: In this work, we presented an applied econometric model to illustrate the effects of both money supply and imported inflation on domestic inflation in Algeria during the period 1986-2016 using an ARDL model. The results revealed through the border test that there is a co-integration between the local inflation rate and the various explanatory variables included in the model together with the exchange rate. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the broad money supply, imported inflation and domestic inflation in the short and long runs, while we obtained an indirect relationship between the exchange rate and inflation in the long run, unlike short-run.
