Résumé: This study aims to measure the contribution of internal auditing in improving the financial performance of Algeria Telecom Corporation “Ouargla Unit” during the period from 2014 to 2021. To answer the problem of the study, the study period was divided into two main periods: from 2014 to 2017, which is the stage of applying applying the internal audit, and from 2018 to 2021, which is the stage before the internal audit, then measuring the financial performance in each period and comparing them. The descriptive approach was used in the theoretical side to define the variables of the study: internal audit such as importance, standards, etc., and the orientation to analyze the performance in the organization and the motives for improving it and the factors influencing this process, and a case study approach in the applied side related to measuring the contribution of internal audit in improving financial performance Algeria Telecom Corporation "Ouargla Unit" The study concluded that the internal audit contributes to improving the financial performance of the Algeria Telecom Corporation “Ouargla Unit” during the period from 2014 to 2021.
