Résumé: الملخص: اصبحت الحركات الاجتماعية موضوعا للدراسة و التحليل بهدف فهم شروط انتاجها و سيرورتها و آفاق تطورها، فالحركة الاجتماعية وسيلة تسمح للأشخاص العاديين بالمشاركة السياسية أو خلق الفرص السياسية ، تلك التي تعتمد اساسا على هياكل التعبئة المتاحة و عمليات التأطير المستغلة من طرفها سواءا ما تعلق بأطر الفعل الجمعي أو الابعاد الثقافية في المجتمع، و سنطرح في هذه الورقة البحثية كيف تساهم الحركة الاجتماعية في خلق الفرص السياسية من خلال إعطاء المعنى للفعل الجمعي أو البعد الثقافي ذا الجذور التاريخية. The study and analysis of social movements have become essential to understanding how they arise and evolve. Social movements enable ordinary individuals to engage in the political sphere and create political opportunities by utilizing available mobilization structures and framing processes, whether related to collective action frameworks or the cultural dimensions of society. In this research paper, we will discuss how social movements contribute to creating political opportunities by giving meaning to collective action or cultural dimensions, rooted in societal transformations or their historical context.
