Résumé: تهتم هذه الدراسة برؤية عزي عبد الرحمان لأثر وسائل الاعلام من منظور قيمي من خلال تجاوز ثنائية "الرسالة " و "الوسيلة" إلى مدلول "القيمة" كمعيار لأداء وسائل الإعلام في ظل بنيات مجتمعية مختلفة من خلال توظيف أدوات البحث في الفكر الغربي و تجنب فكرة الرفض و انما التأسيس لفكرة التقويم الإتصالي في إطار بعد حضاري معين . Abstract This study is concerned with the perspective attributed by Abdelrahman Azzi to the impact of the media from a value perspective by bypassing the binary "message " and "means " to the meaning of "value " as a criterion for media performance under different societal structures by employing research tools in Western thought and avoiding the idea of rejection, but the establishment of The communicative calendar ball within a certain civilized dimension.
