جائحة كورونا: عولمة جديدة بإرهاب جديد The Coronavirus Pandemic: A New Globalization By A New Terrorism

Résumé: ملخص: يسعى هذا المقال العلمي إلى تقديم دراسة موضوعية لجائحة كورونا من زوايا متصلة بميدان الدراسات السياسية والدولية وذلك من خلال ربط هذه الجائحة العالمية التي خلفت آثار صحية ونفسية وسياسية واقتصادية معتبرة على البشرية ببعض الظواهر الدولية البارزة على غرار العولمة والعالمية والإرهاب. وبناء عليه، الهدف من هذه المساهمة العلمية ليس الخوض في علم الفيروسات والبحوث البيولوجية بل محاولة عرض وتفسير بعض التداعيات والمظاهر التي ارتبطت بجائحة كورونا والتي تجاوزت الميادين الصحية والعلوم المخبرية من خلال التركيز على علاقة الجائحة ببعض النزعات والمساعي والظواهر الدولية كالإرهاب والعولمة والعالمية وإمكانية توظيفها لضمان استمرار هذه النزعات والمساعي والظواهر بثوب جديد وبآليات متجددة ومستحدثة وذلك في إطار دراسة حاولت قدر الإمكان التحلي بالموضوعية الأكاديمية واجتناب التفكير والتنظير المؤامراتي الذي ارتبط بالتفسير السياسي والاقتصادي لهذه الجائحة المدمرة. Abstract: This scientific article seeks to provide an objective examination of the Coronavirus pandemic from angles related to the field of political and international studies, by linking this global pandemic that has had significant health, psychological, political and economic effects on humanity with several prominent international phenomena such as globalization, globalism and terrorism. Accordingly, the aim of this scientific contribution is not to delve into virology and biological research, but rather an attempt to present and explain certain implications and manifestations associated with the Coronavirus pandemic, which went beyond health fields and laboratory sciences by focusing on the relationship between this pandemic and the possibility of employing it to ensure the continuation of certain international trends, endeavors and phenomena such as terrorism, globalization and globalism in a new dress and by employing innovative and renewed mechanisms. In this context, the current study sought as much as possible to be restricted to academic objectivity by avoiding conspiracy thinking and theorizing .that was associated with numerous political and economic interpretations of this devastating pandemic
