الخدمات الموجهة للهواتف الذكية بوابة أخرى للاستفادة من الخدمات الالكترونية بالمكتبات الجامعية: دراسة نظرية.

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على استخدامات الهواتف الذكية في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات وابراز دورها في إعطاء وجه جديد لطريقة هذه الأخيرة في تقديمها لخدماتها. وقد جاءت هذه الورقة للإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل استخدام تكنولوجيا الهواتف الذكية يسمح بتقديم خدمات الكترونية تواكب التطورات الحاصلة في بيئة المكتبات؟ . تناولت الدراسة التعريف بالهواتف الذكية وإبراز أهم خصائصها والمزايا التي تتمتع بها، و تطرقت الى أهم الخدمات الالكترونية الموجهة لها، و تم الوقوف على أهم التحديات والعوائق التي تمنع أو تحد من استغلال المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات لهذه التكنولوجيا، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوثائقي الذي يصف الظاهرة من خلال دراسة و تحليل ما يتعلق بها من وثائق و دراسات. خلصت الدراسة الى أهمية تبني تكنولوجيا الهواتف الذكية واستخدامها ضمن العروض الخدماتية الالكترونية للمكتبة، لدورها الفاعل في السماح بتقديم خدمات الكترونية حديثة تتناسب مع تطلعات المستفيدين. Summary : This study attempted to highlight the smart phone services in libraries and information institutions and show their role to give a new face to their manners in offering their services. We wanted to answer the following question: Did the use of the Smart phones Technology permit the offer of electronic services that coped with the developments occurring in the libraries’ environment? The study defined smart phones and underlined their characteristics and positive points. It also dealt with the most important electronic services smart phones could offer. We mentioned the major challenges and obstacles that prevented or limited the exploitation of this technology by libraries and institutions of information. We adopted a theoretical approach related to the exploitation of documentation. The study helped us to obtain significant results showing the importance of introducing and using smart phone technology as an essential service among the other modern library electronic services that cope with the users’ expectations.
