تأثير الوصول الحر للمعلومات على التصنيفات الأكاديمية للجامعات: دراسة تحليلية لتصنيف جامعتي بسكرة وورقلة حسب موقع ويبومتركس.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الوصول الحر للمعلومات على التصنيفات الأكاديمية للجامعات و مدى مساهمة جامعتي بسكرة وورقلة في الإتاحة الإلكترونية لمصادر الوصول الحر من خلال وضع مصادر المعلومات على موقعهما الإلكتروني، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة والاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، وشملت الدراسة مسيري المواقع الإلكترونية لجامعتي بسكرة، وورقلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مساهمة جامعتي بسكرة، وورقلة في الإتاحة الإلكترونية لمصادر الوصول الحر للمعلومات من خلال موقعهما الإلكتروني، وأن للوصول الحر للمعلومات تأثير واضح على التصنيفات الأكاديمية للجامعات، ويتأثر تصنيف جامعتي بسكرة وورقلة حسب تصنيف ويبومتركس على نسبة إتاحة مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية على موقعهما الإلكتروني مقارنة بالجامعات الأخرى. This study aims to know the impact of free access to information on academic rankings of universities and the contribution of the of Biskra and Ouargla University in electronic publishing by providing information resources on their websites, This study relied on the descriptive method and the questionnaire to collect information, the study includes the websites of the of Biskra and Ouargla universities . The study concludes to the contribution of the Biskra and Ouargla universities in electronic publishing of free access sources to information through their websites, and that free access to information has a clear effect on the academic rankings of universities, and the classification of the universities of Biskra and Ouargla according to Webometrics classification is affected by the percentage of availability of electronic information sources on their website compared to other universities.
