تحليل نفسي اجتماعي لمظاهر الصحة النفسية لدى عينة من الرجال المطلقين

Résumé: ملخص: تناولت الدراسة الحالية تحليل نفسي اجتماعي لمظاهر الصحة النفسية لدى عينة من الرجال المطلقين في محاولة الكشف من أثر ظاهرة الطلاق على الصحة، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة شملت 50 رجلاً مطلقاً، يختلفون من حيث الخصائص الاجتماعية، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي من أجل التحليل والتفسير في جوانب نفسية -اجتماعية، وتم استخدام مقياس الصحة النفسية (SCL-90) والذي يشمل (09) مظاهر للصحة النفسية، تمثلت في (الأعراض الجسمية، الحساسية التفاعلية، الوسواس القهري، الاكتئاب، القلق، العداوة، الفوبيا، البارانويا، الذهان)، وتم جمع المعطيات ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام (spss). وبعدها تم تحليل وتفسير هذه النتائج في طار نفسي اجتماعي، ومن ثم تحليلها، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - يؤثر الطلاق على بعض مظاهر الصحة النفسية لدى الرجال المطلقين. - معاناة الرجال المطلقين في جوانب الصحة النفسية المتمثلة في الاكتئاب، القلق والعداوة. - عدم معاناة الرجال المطلقين في جوانب الصحة النفسية المتمثلة في الأعراض الجسمية، الحساسية في التفاعل، الوسواس القهري، البارنويا، الفوبيا، والذهان. كلمات مفتاحية: تحليل نفسي اجتماعي، الصحة النفسية، الرجل المطلق، الطلاق. Abstract: (Do not exceed 150 words) The present study dealt with a psycho-social analysis of the mental health aspects of a sample of divorced men in an attempt to investigate the impact of the phenomenon of divorce on health. This study was conducted on a sample of (50) divorced men who differ in social characteristics. The researcher was used the descriptive method for analysis and interpretation in Psycho-social aspects, and the mental health scale (SCL-90), which includes (09) aspects of mental health, which were (physical symptoms, reactive sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoia, psychosis). Data was collected and used statistical processing (spss). After that, these results were analyzed and interpreted in a psycho-social framework, and then analyzed, where the study showed the following results: -Divorce affects some aspects of the mental health among divorced men. - Divorced men were suffering in the aspects of mental health of depression, anxiety and hostility. -Divorced men do not suffer in the aspects of mental health represented by physical symptoms, reactive sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, paranoia, phobia, and psychosis.
