سمات الشخصية ودورها في تكوين الاتجاهات نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية
Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية من خلال البحث الميداني الكشف عن دور الشخصية في تكوين الاتجاهات نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية مع تحديد الاتجاه السائد بين أفراد العينة والفروق بين الجنسين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (52) شاب وشابة من أعمار مختلفة من متردي ومنخرطي دور الشباب. وقد استخدمت أداتين لهذه الدراسة الأولى مقياس السمات الشخصية لأيزنك المعدل و المترجم من قبل أحمد عبد الخالق 1991،ومقياس الاتجاه نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية الذي يحدد الاتجاه إما سلبي أو إيجابي ، وقد تم تحليل الدراسة باستخدام أساليب ( anova ) إحصائية متعددة منها معامل الارتباط برسون و تحليل التباين الثنائي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- يتميز الاتجاه نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية بأنه إيجابي لدى الشباب الجزائري 2- توجد علاقة بين السمات الشخصية والاتجاه نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب الجزائري. 3- توجد فروق في السمات الشخصية الانبساطية، الكذب تبعا لمتغير الجنس لدى الشباب الجزائري. 4- توجد فروق في الاتجاهات نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية تبعا لمتغير الجنس لدى الشباب الجزائري. Summary: The current study aimed, through field research, to reveal the role of personality in the formation of attitudes towards illegal immigration, while determining the prevailing trend among the sample members and the differences between the two sexes. The sample of the study consisted of (52) young men of different ages and sexes who were in youth homes. Two tools were used for this study, the first measure of personality traits, modified and translated by Ahmed Abdel-Khalek 1991, and the measure of attitude towards illegal immigration, which determines the trend either negative or positive. Bivariate analysis. The study reached the following results: 1- The trend towards illegal immigration is positive among Algerian youth 2- There is a relationship between personality traits and the tendency towards illegal immigration among Algerian youth. 3- There are differences in the extraverted personality traits, lying, according to the variable of sex among the Algerian youth. 4- There are differences in the attitudes towards illegal immigration according to the gender variable among Algerian youth.
