Résumé: The research dealt with the relationship of the environment of the organization and the environmental pollution that it may cause, in addition to some recent studies of environmental management. As a result, the research dealt with the international specifications and standards for environmental quality known as (ISO 14000), which are concerned with environmental standards in industrial organizations. Furthermore, the research demonstrated the requirements of the ISO 14000 adoption as well as its real life practices in the Algerian industrial organization, where the Silas Cement Corporation of Biskra was chosen, as a practical example and as a case study, wherein the various requirements for adopting the environmental management system in the organization were identified, and the relevant results were drawn
