Résumé: ملخص: في ظل الأوضاع الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية العالمية، ومختلف التحديات الراهنة اتجه اهتمام الاستراتيجيين و الإداريين و القائمين على الأعمال حول العالم نحو رصد الفرص الكفيلة بالتقدّم و التغير نحو الأفضل، ومن هنا ظهر مفهوم التنمية كأداة حتميّة لتحقيق هذا الغرض، حيث تتمثّل في كونها عملية مستمرّة وشاملة تهدف إلى النهوض بكافّة القطاعات ومختلف الجوانب الحياتيّة، الاقتصاديّ، والاجتماعيّ، والسياسيّ، والثقافيّ، والعسكريّ، أي أنّها لا تقتصر على مجال دون آخر، أو على المجال الاقتصادي حسب اعتقاد البعض، بحيث تساهم هذه العملية في نقل المستوى المعيشيّ من وضع إلى وضع أفضل و أحسن منه. و في موضوعنا هذا نحاول تسليط الضوء على أسياسيات التنمية الاجتماعية و المتمثلة بالأساس في التنمية الاقتصادية، النمو الاقتصادي و مختلف الاتجاهات النظرية التي بحثت و عالجت مشكلة التنمية الاجتماعية. Summary: In light of the global social and economic conditions, and the various current challenges, the attention of strategists, administrators, and business operators around the world has turned towards monitoring opportunities for progress and change for the better, and from here the concept of development emerged as an inevitable tool to achieve this purpose, as it is a continuous and comprehensive process aimed at To the advancement of all sectors and various aspects of life, economic, social, political, cultural, and military, meaning that it is not limited to one field without another, or to the economic field according to some belief, so that this process contributes to transferring the standard of living from one situation to a better and better one. from him. In our topic, we try to shed light on the fundamentals of social development, which are mainly economic development, economic growth and the various theoretical trends that have been discussed and addressed.
