Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص الأفعال الكلامية في كتاب البيان و التبيين ،و إلى فحص مبادئ التداولية في التراث العربي و توضيح أهم محور من محاورها "نظرية أفعال الكلام" من خلال الدرس التداولي المعاصر . وسنرى أن أصناف الفعل الكلامي في كتاب البيان و التبيين قد تمضهرت في أساليب إنشائية و خبرية،و أن الأغراض الانجازية اختلفت و تعددت حسب المقام . this stady aims at clarifging the principles of délibération in the arab heritag and clarifing the most important axis of its axis and émotions of speech through the contempory deliberative lesson ,a chose the book (al bayane and tabyine )and definition, which is considered the most important pillars of the ancient arab heritage modle. The passed word : Pragmatiqe, acte of parol, news and construction , aljahiz, albayan and altabyin.
