قواعد الترجيح عند الإمام الثعالبي من خلال تفسيره الجواهر الحسان

Résumé: الملخص: يجد القارئ لكتب تفسير القرآن الكريم تعدّدا للأقوال في تفسير الآية الواحدة، ممّا يدفع بالمفسر في كثير من الأحيان إلى ترجيح أحد هذه الأقوال على غيرها، وهذا ما ينطبق على الإمام الثعالبي في تفسيره الجواهر الحسان من خلال ترجيحه بين الأقوال المختلفة في تفسير الآية دون نصّه على القاعدة التي اعتمدها في ذلك، وهو ما دفعني للبحث في هذا الموضوع، حيث عرّفت بالإمام الثعالبي وتفسيره الجواهر الحسان تعريفا موجزا إضافة إلى ضبط مفهوم قواعد الترجيح؛ وتنقسم هذه القواعد عند الثعالبي إلى ثلاثة أقسام: قواعد متعلقة بالنص القرآني وقواعد متعلقة بالسنة والأثر وقواعد متعلقة باللغة، حيث أذكر القواعد التي تندرج تحت كل قسم مع شرح موجز لها وذكر أمثلة على تطبيق الإمام الثعالبي لهذه القواعد في ترجيحه بين الأقوال التفسيرية. Abstract: The Reader of the Qur'an's interpretation books finds a multiplicity of interpretations to the same verse, which often leads the interpreter to weight one of these words over the other, This is the case with Imam Al-Thaalbi in his book of interpretation: Al jawahir Al hissan(The dazzling jewels) in which he weights between the different interpretations of the verse without stipulating the rule he adopted. This prompted me to conduct research in this topic. First, I briefly introduced Imam Al-Thaalbi and his Qur'an's interpretation book: Aljawahir Alhisan in addition to Fixing the concept of weighting rules. According to Al-Thaalbi These rules are divided into three sections: Rules related to the Qur'anic text, rules related to Sunnah (Prophetic Tradition) and rules related to the language. I mention the rules that fall under each section with a brief explanation and mention examples of Imam Al-Thaalbi's application of these rules in his weighting among the interpretative sayings.
