The Role Of Green Human Resource Management Practices In Enhancing Environmental Management Functions: A Field Study At Fertial Company, Annaba Branch
Résumé: This study investigates the role of green human resource management practices in enhancing environmental management at Fertial Annaba, a company specializing in ammonia and agricultural fertilizers. Using a descriptive approach and a Likert-scale questionnaire, data were collected from 74 employees at the general directorate. The findings indicate that green recruitment fosters an environmentally conscious workforce. Additionally, a positive correlation was identified between green recruitment and environmental planning, as hiring environmentally trained talents enhances the organization's ability to develop a workforce aligned with its environmental goals.
