Propriétés Electromagnétiques Et Thermodynamiques D'un Matériau Prospectif Pour La Spintronique

Résumé: L’objectif de ce travail est l’étude des propriétés structurales, électroniques, magnétiques et thermodynamiques de l’alliage semi-Heusler RbCrC , les calculs ont été réalisés à l’aide du code de calcul Wien2K, qui utilise la méthode d’onde plane augmentée linéarisée avec un plein potentiel FP-LAPW, basé sur la théorie de la fonctionnelle de la densité DFT, avec l’approximation de gradient généralisé GGA. Les résultats que nous avons obtenues sont : D’après les propriétés électroniques, notre composé est un demi-métal, le moment magnétique calculé correspond à la règle de Slater Pauling et les propriétés thermodynamiques révèlent que le composé RbCrC présente un comportement thermoélectrique, Ainsi, notre matériau est un candidat qualifié dans des applications spintroniques. V ABSTRACT The objective of this work is the study of the structural, electronic, magnetic and thermodynamic properties of the Half-Heusler alloy RbCrC, the calculations were carried out using the Wien2K calculation code, which uses the wave method Linearized augmented plane with full potential FP-LAPW, based on density functional theory DFT, with the generalized gradient approximation GGA. The results we obtained are According to the electronic properties, our compound is a half metal, the calculated magnetic moment matches Slater Pauling’s rule and the thermodynamic properties reveal that the RbCrC compound exhibits thermoelectric behavior, Thus, our material is a qualified candidate in spintronic applications. VI ملخص الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة الخواص الهٌكلٌة واإللكترونٌة والمغناطٌسٌة والدٌنامٌكٌة الحرارٌة لسبائك شبه هوسلر RbCrC ، وتم إجراء الحسابات باستخدام كود حساب Wien2K ،والذي ٌستخدم الطرٌقة الموجٌة المستوى الخطً المعزز مع اإلمكانات الكاملة -FP LAPW ،استنا ًدا إلى نظرٌة الكثافة الوظٌفٌة DFT ،مع تقرٌب التدرج المعمم GGA النتائج التً حصلنا علٌها هً وفقً ونٌة، فإن مركبنا عبارة عن نصف معدن، والعزم المغناطٌسً ا للخصائص اإللكتر المحسوب ٌطابق قاعدة سالتر بولٌنج، وتكشف الخواص الحرارٌة أن مركب RbCrCٌُ ظهر سلو ًكا كهروحرارًٌا، وبالتالً، فإن مركبنا مرشح مؤهل فً مجال اإللكترونٌات الدورانٌة. الكلمات المفتاحية: نصف Heusler ،Wien2K ، تقريب متدرج معمم )GGA ، )الخصائص الديناميكية الحرارية .
