سياسة التجريم والعقاب لمواجهة جريمة الاختلاس وفق القانون الجزائري رقم 06-01

Résumé: ملخص: يعرف الفساد انتشارا واسعا في جميع دول العالم، فقد أصبح ظاهرة تستدعي تظافر مجهودات الدول لتصدي لها، لذا قامت الجزائر بالانضمام والتصديق على العديد من الاتفاقيات الخاصة بمكافحة الفساد، وخصصت لهذه الجرائم قانون مستقل هو القانون 06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، ونجد من ضمن هذه الجرائم جريمة الاختلاس في كل من القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص. Abstract: Corruption is proliferating in all countries of the world. Indeed, it has become a phenomenon that requires the synergy of efforts of all states to counter it. Thus, Algeria has acceded and ratified several anti-corruption treaties and dedicated a standalone law to the crimes related to it, dubbed law No. 06-01 on the prevention and fight against corruption. Among these crimes, we can note embezzlement in both the private and public sectors.
