Résumé: حاول الباحث الإجابة على تساؤلات: ما هو دور الذكاء الأصطناعي وذكاء الأعمال في دعم وتمكين القطاع العام السعودي؟ وكيف يمكن تفعيل هذا الدور؟ ماهي المعوقات والتحديات التي تعوق تفعيل وتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الأصطناعي وذكاء الأعمال بالقطاع العام السعودي وكيفية التغلب عليها؟ واقترح الباحث رؤية متكاملة لتفعيل دور الذكاء الأصطناعي وذكاء الأعمال لدعم وتمكين القطاع العام السعودي باعتباره قطاع رائد ومعلم، تقوم هذه الرؤية على عدة محاور أساسية، وفى الختام نعرض النتائج والتوصيات التي يرى الباحث أنها تخدم هدف البحث وغايته، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لموضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إن إستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الأصطناعي وذكاء الأعمال يتوقع معه أن يؤدى إلى زيادة الإرتقاء بالأداء الحكومي، كما يؤدى إلى تقليل التكلفة السنوية على الخدمات الحكومية بنسبة تصل إلى 50%. Abstract :The researcher tried to answer questions: What is the role of artificial intelligence and business intelligence in supporting and empowering the Saudi public sector? How can this role be activated? What are the obstacles and challenges that hinder the activation and application of artificial intelligence techniques and business intelligence in the Saudi public sector and how to overcome them? The researcher proposed an integrated vision to activate the role of artificial intelligence and business intelligence to support and empower the Saudi public sector as a pioneer and educator. This vision is based on several basic axes, In conclusion, we present the results and recommendations that the researcher believes serve the purpose and purpose of the research. This study is based on the analytical descriptive approach to the subject of the study. The study concluded that the use of artificial intelligence and business intelligence applications is expected to increase the performance of government, On government services by up to 50%.
