جودة الحياة والتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي -دراسة ميدانية بثانوية طاهر سرير بالجزائر-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين جودة الحياة والتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في كل من جودة الحياة والتوافق النفسي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس جودة الحياة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية (تعريب بشرى، 2008)، ومقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد (أمينة راضي، 2022)، على عينة قوامها (50) أستاذ وأستاذة تم سحبها بطريقة عشوائية من ثانوية طاهر سرير ببئر توتة، بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة والتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بالإضافة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between quality of life and psychological compatibility among secondary school teachers, and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in quality of life and psychological compatibility according to the sex, To achieve the objectives of this study have applied the short Quality of life scale (Arabized by Bouchra Ahmed, 2008), and the Psychological Compatibility Scale prepared by (Amina Radi, 2022) on a sample of (50) teachers randomly selected from Taher Serir secondary school, and used the descriptive correlational approach, the study came to the following results: There is a statistically significant correlation between the quality of life and the psychological compatibility among secondary school teachers, no statistically significant differences in the quality of life among secondary school teachers according to the sex, there are statistically significant differences in the psychological compatibility among secondary school teachers according to the sex.
