Résumé: Study Summary: Title of study: The role of the professor of physical education and sports in the discovery of young talents in the share of physical education and sports and directed to the athletics clubs. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: To show the role of Professor P.E.S in discovering and directing young sports talents. -The experience and efficiency of Professor P.E.S contributes to the process of discovery and guidance - The availability of the means and methods of pedagogy and its positive role in this - The role of the share of physical education and sports in the intermediate phase in the discovery. Problematic study: Is a professor of physical education and sports role in the discovery of young talent in the share of P.E.S and directing them towards athletics clubs? The hypotheses of the study: The professor of P.E.S, and the availability of the means and pedagogical methods during the share of P.E.S, have a role in discovering young talent and directing them to athletics clubs. Field study procedures: Sample: The average teacher of Souk Ahras - center The temporal and spatial domain: From 01/04/2017 to 15/04/2017, Methodology: descriptive approach Tools used in the study: questionnaire as a means of collecting data and information. The results obtained to them: - experience and efficiency of the professor E.P.S. role in the discovery and guidance of young talent. - The educational value of E.P.S share as the field of discovering future sports talents and champions. - The contribution of providing the potentials and pedagogical tools of Professor P.E.S in the process of discovering young talents. Suggestions and recommendations: --- The necessity of assigning the teaching of P.E.S to the professors of the competence of P.E.S - The need to establish special programs to take care of young talents as heroes of tomorrow. - Educating the professors of the importance of the process of discovery, selection and guidance, and the formation of specialized professors in this area.
