خصوصية تسويق خدمة التأمين

Résumé: إنّ التسويق من أهم الوظائف الّتي تعتمد عليها شركة التأمين بهدف جذب المزيد من المستهلكين لخدمة التأمين وزيادة حصتها السوقية. والتسويق التأميني له خصوصية تميّزه عن التسويق في باقي المجالات الخدمية والصناعية الأخرى، وذلك لكون الخدمات التأمينية تنفرد بمجموعة من الخصائص تتعلق بطبيعة نشاط التأمين ومواجهة الخطر وطبيعة المنافسة في القطاع، وهو الأمر الّذي أعطى خصوصية وأهمية بالغة لقنوات وشبكات توزيع خدمات التأمين في العملية التسويقية الّتي تعمل على التخطيط المسبق لكيفية توزيع خدمة التأمين وإيصالها مباشرة إلى المؤمن له (المستهلك)، هذه القنوات تتمثّل أساسا وحسب الأمر 95/07 المعدّل والمتمّم بالقانون 06/04 المتعلّق بالتأمينات في الوكيل العام للتأمين، سمسار التأمين والبنك والمؤسسات المالية. Marketing is among the most important function that an insurance company relies on, in order to attract more consumers to insurance service which leads to increase its market par The distinctiveness of the Insurance marketing distinguish it from the other marketing services and industrial fields, As the insurance services are characterized by a number of characteristics related to the nature of insurance activity, facing the danger and the competition nature in sector ;That’s gave particularity and main importance to the channels and networks of distribution of insurance services in the marketing process that works first on an pre plan of methods to distribute the insurance service and delivered it directly to consumer, these channels represent the insurances in conformity with the order 07/95 modified and completed by the law 06/04 related to insurance of the General Insurance Agent, Insurance Broker, Bank, and Financial Institutions.
