دور إيداع الحسابات الاجتماعية في تعزيز خاصية موثوقية التقارير المالية - دراسة ميدانية في مكتب محافظ الحسابات لمجموعة من المؤسسات - للفترة الزمنية:(2016-2017)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إيداع الحسابات الإجتماعية في تعزيز خاصية الموثوقيــة القوائم المالية وجعلها تعبر عــن الوضعيــة الحقيقــة للمؤسســــة، وتلبي إحتياجـات مختلفـــة الأطــراف المستخدمـــة للقوائــم الماليـــة، ولمعالجــــة هــذه الإشكالية من جانبها القانوني والمالي في الجزائر قام الباحث بدراسة ميدانية في مكتب محافظ الحسابات بورقلة لمجموعة من المؤسسات للفترة الزمنية (2016-2017) وقد إعتمد في دراسته على أداتي المقابلة والملاحظة لإثبات مدى فعالية محافظ الحسابات في تعزيز هذه الموثوقية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن محافظ الحسابات له دور فعال في تعزيز موثوقية القوائم المالية، وذلك من خلال المصادقة أو عدم المصادق على هذه الحسابات وبذالك يبرز مساهمته في عملية إيداع الحسابات الإجتماعية. This study aims to highlight the role of the deposit of social accounts in enhancing the reliability of the financial statements and make them reflect the real situation of the institution, and meet the needs of different parties using the financial statements, and to address this problem by its legal and financial in Algeria, the researcher conducted a field study in the office of the Governor of Accounts with a group of Institutions for the period (2016-2017) has relied on the interview and observation tools to demonstrate the effectiveness of the portfolios in enhancing this reliability, the study concluded that the portfolios have a role High in enhancing the reliability of the financial statements, through the ratification or non-validated on these accounts and Booze highlights its contribution to the process of social deposit accounts.
