دور الفضاءات العمومية في بناء الرباط الاجتماعي بالأحياء الجديدة الساحات العامة بحي الوئام بالأغواط نموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة دور الفضاءات العمومية داخل الأحياء الجديدة في بناء الرباط الاجتماعي، من خلال دراسة ميدانية بحي الوئام الحديث النشأة بمدينة الأغواط، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج والاثنوغرافي والتاريخي ودراسة الحالة، واستعملت الملاحظة العلمية بكل أنواعها والمقابلات المفتوحة والمقننة كأداتين أثناء النزول إلى الميدان، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بالدراسات المونوغرافية والإحصاءات المتوفرة عن الحي مجال دراستنا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للساحات العمومية دور في بناء الرباط الاجتماعي، وتؤسس لتشكُّل الهوية المشتركة، وتساعد على الاندماج الحضري وخفض حدة الصراع والتقليل من الآثار السلبية للتمايز الاجتماعي. This research aims to understand the role of public spaces in the construction of social links within new neighborhoods, through a field study in the el-wiam neighborhood of the city of Laghouat, this study was based on descriptive and ethnographic methods, and used scientific observation of all kinds and open and codified interviews as two tools during the field trip, in addition to the use of monographic studies and statistics available on the neighborhood , which is the field of our study, and the study concludes that public places have a role in building social ties, establishing a common identity, helping urban integration and reducing the effects negatives of social differentiation and housing, antagonism for the appropriation of space.
