القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي والمالي كالية لمحاربة جرائم الفساد

Résumé: أصبح محاربة الفساد حتمية علي جميع الدول ، وسعيا من المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة ظاهرة الفساد أصدرا قانون خاص لمحاربة جرائم الفساد ، حيث استحدث جرائم جديدة والغي جرائم كانت موجودة ، إضافة إلي قيامه بجملة من الإصلاحات علي مستوي المؤسساتي والتشريعي بحيث أنشاء القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي والمالي بموجب الأمر رقم 20-04 كهيئة قضائية للفصل في الجرائم الاقتصادية والتي من بينها جرائم الفساد وتتميز هذه الجرائم بخصوصية من حيث المتابعة والعقاب عن باقي الجرائم، لأنها تمس بالمال العام وتحول دون تحقيق التمنية الاقتصادية . Combatting corruption has become a necessity for all countries In an effort to tackle the phenomenon, the Algerian legislature enacted a dedicated law to combat corruption crimes This law introduced new offenses while abolishing existing ones Additionally, it initiated a series of reforms at both institutional and legislative levels, establishing the Economic and Financial Judiciary Pole under Decree No 20-04 as a judicial entity to adjudicate economic crimes, including corruption. These crimes are distinctive in terms of investigation and punishment compared to other offenses, as they involve public funds and hinder economic progress.
