الآليات القانونية لتحقيق التنمية بالقطاع السياحي الجزائري

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث الآليات القانونية التي تتبعها السلطات الجزائرية لتنمية وتطوير القطاع السياحي من أجل دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية بالجزائر. اتبعت الجزائر العديد من الآليات القانونية لتطوير القطاع السياحي وذلك بإنشاء العديد من الهيئات و الهياكل الإدارية من أجل تنمية هذا القطاع بالإضافة الى سن العديد من التشريعات التي تعمل على تطوير القطاع و تنميته عن طريق تنظيم وتنشيط القطاع السياحي، وتشجيع الاستثمار به سواء من المستثمرين الأجانب أو الوطنين عن طريق إعطائهم حوافز تدفعهم للاستثمار بالقطاع السياحي. Abstract: This study aims to examine the legal mechanisms followed by the Algerian authorities for the development of the tourism sector in order to advance the economic and social development in Algeria. Algeria has adopted several legal mechanisms to develop the tourism sector by establishing several administrative bodies and structures for the development of this sector, in addition to enacting a number of legislations that promote the development and development of the sector through the organization and revitalization of the tourism sector, Of foreign or national investors by giving them incentives to invest in the tourism sector.
