Résumé: مواصلة لتتبع تطور الاوضاع السياسية والعسكرية بالجزائر خلال فترة ارتباطها بالخلافة العثمانية، ولاسيما في عهد الباشوات، الذي امتد من عام 1587م تاريخ وفاة أخر بيلربايات الجزائر العلج علي، إلى غاية خلع الباشا ابراهيم من باشوية الجزائر عام 1659م، وهو نظام الحكم الذي قلص فيه السلطان العثماني عهدة حكام الجزائر إلى ثلاث سنوات، قصد ضمان ولائهم، كما مس هذا الاجراء كل حكام بلاد المغرب التابعين لسلطته، قصد تسهيل مراقبتهم ومتابعة تحركاتهم، واحداث نوعا من الاستقرار بالمنطقة. ولمحاولة الوقوف عند حقيقة تطور الوضع السياسي والعسكري في تلك الفترة بالجزائر من جهة، وفي المجال الذي كان يحيط بها من جهة أخرى، سوف يتم التعرض لمختلف جوانبه، وأهم أحداثه وعملياته، من خلال هذا المقال، في محاولة للإحاطة قدر الإمكان بالموضوع، عن طريق استعراض أهم التطورات التي عرفها، وكذا مختلف الصفحات التي طواها. Continuing to trace the development of the political and military situation in Algeria during the period of its association with the Ottoman Caliphate, especially during the reign of the Pashas, which extended from 1587, the date of the death of the last Bailirbays of Algeria, El Alj Ali, until the removal of Pasha Ibrahim from the Pasha of Algeria in 1659, a system of government in which the Ottoman Sultan reduced The custody of the rulers of Algeria is for three years, in order to ensure their loyalty.
