أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على التشغيل في الجزائر - دراسة اقتصادية قياسية خلال الفترة (2000-2020)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز واقع وآفاق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر وآثاره على التشغيل خلال الفترة (2000-2019)، وكذلك التدفقات المالية للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالجزائر وأهم المصادر الدولية لهته التدفقات، كما تم التطرق إلى التوزيع القطاعي لهته الاستثمارات، وبالاعتماد على برنامج EViews 10 قمنا بدراسة قياسية بطريقة المربعات الصغرى لنموذج خطي متعدد بمتغير تابع يتمثل في التشغيل ومتغيرات مستقلة تتمثل في الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومعدل التضخم خلال الفترة (2000-2019)، حيث أفضت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغير التابع. وتوصي الدراسة بتوفير المزيد من القوانين والحوافز التي من شأنها جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لمختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية. This research paper aims to highlight the reality and prospects of foreign direct investment in Algeria and its effects on the employment during the period (2000-2019), as well as the financial flows of foreign direct investment in Algeria and the most important international sources of these flows. EViews 10 program, we conducted a standard study in the least squares method of a multiple linear model with a dependent variable represented in the employment and independent variables represented in foreign direct investment, and inflation rate during the period (2000-2019), Where the results led to the existence of a direct relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The study recommends providing more laws and incentives that would attract foreign direct investment to various economic sectors.
